ABOUT

Let me introduce myself. My name is Kacper Korzeniowski. I run Spartan Coaching with the goal of creating the best online coaching service on the Web and, in time, bringing  like minded coaches to the team. I started training from the age of 12.

 I went from someone who felt very awkward socially and around others and lacking confidence, to someone who can now talk for Britain and loves fitness.

I want to give YOU what i got from training, and pass all of my experience on,
